The fact that Altair and Maria get married irks me for some reason. I don’t know what it is. Maybe the whole forbidden-crusade-romance thing just annoys me with how cliche it is. I wish Altair got to marry Adha instead. I know Maria switched sides and became an Assassin, but it just seems out of character to me that Altair would marry and love her.
